This is totally away from my usual ramblings but I had to share my new taste treat and sinful addition.
It may not look like much but t is really very tasty and it’s chocolate. Need I say more?
I don’t want to bake a whole cake just for myself, if I buy a cake a end up throwing 1/2 of it away and it gets expensive so I have come up with a microwave mug cake that literally can be mixed in a matter of seconds and in 5 minutes you can have your cake and be eating it too.
You will need either a large coffee mug or cereal bowl that can go in the microwave.
3Tbsps flour
1Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsps white sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp vegetable oil (I have used magarine even peanut butter and it worked)
1 egg
2 Tbsp water
4 large marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Put all the dry ingredients in the mug/bowl, add liquids (oil, egg and water), mix with a fork, scraping sides of mug to get all the dried and wet ingredients mixed well.
When its all mixed put the marshmallows on top and gently push down into the batter.
Microwave on full power for one minute. No longer than a minute because it will dry out.
Let it cool for a few minutes. (I just blow on it and eat it hot)
By the time you finish it your chocolate craving is guaranteed to be satisfied.
There is life and light after the narcissist, I promise! Hugs Carrie
Sounds great! Here’s another easy one…buy Angel Food Cake, and Chocolate cake mix, mix together in large baggie. Put some in a cup or bowl, and enough water to make batter. Microwave for a minute or two. Voila! Store the leftover baggie, make a cake anytime in one minute!

it’s a lot less calories, because angel food cake doesn’t require oil and eggs, just water!
