You Can Fry Chocolate Chip Cookies

image

I was craving chocolate Chip cookies and don’t have propane for my stove so don’t have an oven.
When a girl has a craving for chocolate chip cookies not having an oven is just a small obstacle.
Take it from me; you can fry cookies.

The secret is to keep the heat on the riddle really low. I started with it around 350 and the cookies cooked on the outside and weren’t cooked at all inside. Thus that burned crap on the edge of the griddle. So I tried microwaving them. Don’t bother.

Turned the griddle down to 200 and they turn out perfect!

Just plop spoons full on to the hot griddle and let them do their thing. They take a while but turn out cooked yet chewy. Mmmmmmm
Good.

  1. When I first scrolled down in my reading list I thought those were pancakes. Frying chocolate chip cookies, though, I am going to have to try that.

I can only eat one and then I od. and YOU do not have a big ass my dear! I am the one with the pear shaped figure, got the ass from my mother’s side of the family, you know the one; big ass no boobs. 2. I knew this had to be possible so I hit Teh Googles to find a recipe… Thanks for posting your experimentation results so I don’t waste time (and cookies!) duplicating the initial fails! 😉
