I was craving chocolate Chip cookies and don’t have propane for my stove so don’t have an oven.
When a girl has a craving for chocolate chip cookies not having an oven is just a small obstacle.
Take it from me; you can fry cookies.
The secret is to keep the heat on the riddle really low. I started with it around 350 and the cookies cooked on the outside and weren’t cooked at all inside. Thus that burned crap on the edge of the griddle. So I tried microwaving them. Don’t bother.
Turned the griddle down to 200 and they turn out perfect!
Just plop spoons full on to the hot griddle and let them do their thing. They take a while but turn out cooked yet chewy. Mmmmmmm
Good.
When there’s a will there is a way.
There is life and light after the narcissist, I promise! Hugs Carrie
I so have to try this! Lol 🙂

Wish you were closer I satisfied my craving and have a whole cookie jar full! I can’t eat sweets like I used to, one or two cookies and I am satisfied, hardly worth the mess and effort.

I love sweets, but as I get older I can’t eat as many anymore either because it throws my blood sugar off. My problem is, I just can’t say no to them and end up suffering after, lol 🙂

When I first scrolled down in my reading list I thought those were pancakes. Frying chocolate chip cookies, though, I am going to have to try that.

use a very low heat Michael or they won’t cook through. Very rich and chewy little morsels. I can only eat one.

Oh Kim and they are so rich for some reason. I used the same recipe that I would use if I was baking them but they seem so rich. I can only eat one and then I od. and YOU do not have a big ass my dear! I am the one with the pear shaped figure, got the ass from my mother’s side of the family, you know the one; big ass no boobs. You have a gorgeous figure!
Big hugs xxxx

I knew this had to be possible so I hit Teh Googles to find a recipe… Thanks for posting your experimentation results so I don’t waste time (and cookies!) duplicating the initial fails! 😉
