You know how the internet is, you open one email and before you know it you have spent an hour somewhere you never intended to go. Some times it is a waste of time and other times the journey may not take you where you intended to go but it took you to the place you needed to go. 

This group in Australia has some awesome videos about expressing yourself and appreciating each other’s uniqueness. Here is another one, I was quite surprised how many people actually took advantage of an opportunity to meditate out on the street. Just awesome!
